The vision of no harm creates the fundament for all organisational processes and routines, which is why HSE training is absolutely crucial. Simultaneously, it helps develop a sustainable safety culture – which Posten and Bring is completely dependent on.
Specifique has developed a brand new training program for Posten and Bring’s two-day basic HSE training course. The training material consists of a Dialogue Mat built around 7 central topics, which is combined with professional lectures from internal representatives.
Simultaneously, we have developed a revised version for managers. This version is somewhat more flexible, and can be used for shorter reviews and discussions during management meetings etc., linked to specific HSE topics, such as roles and risk assessment.
