TINE – Vision and behavioural values

Specifique began its collaboration with TINE in 2006, with a focus on ethical business operations and clear value definition. In recent years, we have collaborated on increased innovation and awareness, as well as internal competence development.

 

In 2013, TINE launched its new vision and adjusted its behavioural values accordingly. Specifique initially created an educational program with supportive digital tools for three major management groups. The focus was the company’s new vision, as well as participants’ input and feedback on predefined propositions from the top management, before arriving at a final conclusion.

 

After the workshop, Spcifique developed a Dialogue Mat for implementation of the new values throughout the company. The Dialogue Mat is used continuously towards new employees at TINE to communicate mutual understanding, expectations and requirements for the company’s vision and values.
