Within a legal environment in the bank and finance industry, it is not enough to simply know the laws. You must also have knowledge about banking. A prerequisite for making a difference is the ability to accumulate knowledge about the bank’s day-to-day operations.
During the DnB Legal Department’s seminar, Specifique facilitated participant involvement and interactivity to a large extent, as approximately 80 employees discussed various strategic challenges and objectives.
Specifique developed both the technical solution and the educational content in close collaboration with DnB. Through the use of iPads, 18 groups were involved in a variety of tasks, information sharing and open feedback, which combined with panel discussions with the management team resulted in an event with extremely high engagement, experience exchange, competence development and mutual understanding of strategic direction.
