The Norwegian Public Roads Administration consists of a directorate and five regions, all of which receive advice from the internal HR and the administration department (HRA). With new leadership and organizational changes in place, HRA wanted to create an arena to communicate their new strategy and direction for the department.
Specifique prepared a digital solution to be used for all employees at HRA. Over 300 participants were gathered, where the focus was on developing content that gave participants insight into the strategy, as well as creating engagement and larger collaboration across regions and sections.
Participants worked in groups, discussing and competing their way through different tasks. Results were aggregated and displayed on the big screen, while some input from the groups was subsequently processed by the management team. The feedback from employees was good, and this way of working felt inclusive and engaging.
