We have developed a simulation game for Equinor (formerly Statoil) that takes place in the fictional country of Exlandia.
Players are taken through a journey of a changing environment over a period of 10 years, where the purpose is to understand the value chains within the energy sector, as well as develop strategic skills in a competitive market.
The simulation game consists of both digital and analogue elements, while the main focus is on team dynamics and cooperation to achieve a common goal.
