Telenor newly implemented a new global leadership philosophy, by embracing the tight-loose-tight principle. In short, leaders have to be tight when setting direction and agreeing on impact with their teams, loose by trusting them to find the best way to reach them, and then tight again on the follow-up to get the learnings. We were excited to contribute with our Diggle platform to effectively run digital workshops, and engage and communicate with leaders and employees about this philosophy.
In February 2021, Telenor engaged 120 of their top leaders in a two-day event, where Diggle was used to create live input on important topics. Along with other tools, Diggle provided a fun and interactive way of collaborating, and sharing information among colleagues working remotely.
